Mr. Kumar Ranjan

Kumar Ranjan, a Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.Tech), is the Founder and Managing Director of Stronghold Safety System. With a strong foundation in engineering, construction, and industrial safety, he brings extensive industry experience gained through years of working on large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.

Before establishing Stronghold Safety System, he built valuable expertise in the construction and structural engineering sector, gaining hands-on exposure to project execution, industrial operations, and workplace safety requirements. He also worked closely with leading fall protection and safety solution providers, gaining deep insight into global safety standards, industry best practices, and advanced fall protection technologies.

Driven by a vision to make workplaces safer and more compliant, he founded Stronghold Safety System to deliver innovative, reliable, and engineered fall protection solutions for industrial, infrastructure, solar, and construction applications.

Under his leadership, Stronghold has emerged as a trusted manufacturer of Fixed Lifeline Systems, Anchorage Solutions, Confined Space Equipment, FRP Products, and Industrial Safety Systems.

In addition to Stronghold Safety System, he is also associated with SteelRise Private Limited, specializing in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. His combined expertise in structural engineering, industrial infrastructure, and fall protection systems enables him to develop practical, technically advanced, and performance-driven safety solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern industry.
